Where is SoLoveAble made?

Unlike many large companies and fast fashion industries, our babywear is lovingly produced in small and ethically factories in Italy and Portugal.

How long does shipping take and how much are the shipping costs?

We aim to deliver quickly, therefore all orders that are place on one day, will be shipped the very next day. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. During very busy periods, we are trying our best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number by E-Mail. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Shipping costs for our insured shipping depend on the delivery area. 

  • Germany = 5,49 Euro
  • Rest of Europe = 13,99 Euro
  • International = 21,99 Euro
How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all the details about your order and a tracking number that you can use to track your order and see the expected arrival of your delivery.

What are your return conditions?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in their original condition. All products must be new and unworn. Items that are damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be reimbursed. If possible, we kindly ask you to use our original packaging for the return.

Please note that as a young company, we unfortunately do not offer free returns, especially under the aspect of sustainable consumption.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change your order, please write to us at as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Is an exchange possible?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a general exchange for all products. If you want to exchange an item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Where can I sign for your newsletter?

At the moment we do not offer any newsletters. There is currently no capacity for it. To stay up to date, you are welcome to follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
