SHIPPING
At SoLoveAble, we offer free shipping for orders above 100€.
We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly. All orders placed on a business day will be shipped the following working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs authorities.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that show signs of wear or damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any additional costs due to uncollected parcels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you have not yet received your refund:

EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us at support@soloveable.com with photos as proof, and we will guide you through the process.
If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item.
